hookah/narghila/sheesha bars

Whatever it is you call it, are the hookah bars any good in vegas? What are they like? loud?

I found a few places doing a google search but if anyone has first hand experience that would be great.

We like to smoke before a night out, or when too lazy/hungover/tired to actually go out but yet still want to go out... you know what i mean.

cheers

I am either too old, too out of touch or both. I%26#39;ve never even heard of a narghila or sheesha bar. They sound like Disney characters to me. LOL

The Aladdin probably had one, LOL. Other than that, Ive never heard of one in Vegas. Would be a great idea though...

Mist at TI has a Hookah night on Thursdays. It%26#39;s a decent place with comfortable seating. Very dark though.

I%26#39;m not a smoker myself, but here%26#39;s something I came accross that looks kinda cool:

It%26#39;s the Mediterranean Cafe - looks like they had 2 locations, one on Sahara and one on Maryland.

They have a ';hookah lounge';...

I hear LAVO at Picasso does hookahs out on their outdoor deck/patio. No idea what the set up is like or volume.

They used to sell hookah%26#39;s in the Aladdin, for smoking these weird flavored charcoal bits... But that was long before PH.

I heard that Michael Phelps is trying to get a license for a Bong Bar...

Any idea how much Mist @ Treasure Island charge for a Hookah? It%26#39;s very reasonably priced in Europe, but I was in Miami in October 2008 and it was extortionate, so we didn%26#39;t bother! Thanks.

I%26#39;ve heard LAVO has a hookah service. The review on jackcolton.com states:

- LAVO offers the only Hookah service on the Strip, and will provide you a Hookah, table on their terrace, and an excellent view of Las Vegas Blvd (the Strip) for under $100.

My wife and I are going in early June and we were wondering about this as well. So far this is the only one I%26#39;ve heard about so far.
