HET was working on Bill%26#39;s joining in the Total Rewards family:

It seems as though HET is not going to form a marriage with Bill%26#39;s anytime soon :

However, they now have a program that turns comp dollars from Bill%26#39;s into comp vouchers for 7 of their other properties:

It takes many changes in order to make a casino a part of our system so we can accurately track your play. At this time Bill%26#39;s Gamblin%26#39; Hall %26amp; Saloon is not marketed as a Harrah%26#39;s property and will not be marketed as a Harrah%26#39;s property until all of the necessary changes have been made to the property to bring it into the Harrah%26#39;s family, and depending on the final plans for the property can take some time to accomplish.';

The update now is:

';Unfortunately, we don%26#39;t have any plans at this time to convert Bill%26#39;s Gamblin%26#39; Hall %26amp; Saloon (the former Barbary Coast property) over to the Total Rewards program.';

VegasSue, thanks for that info. I had thought since it is a HET property and has been for awhile that it is connected. I am sure I am not alone in thinking this. You have done many a good service.

Thanks for posting this. I came across this a few weeks, maybe even months ago. I was curious.

It seems they don%26#39;t update their site very often. Hopefully they have come a long way from when they posted this. How long did it take O%26#39;Sheas%26#39;s? Maybe its harder since a hotel is involved?

O%26#39;Sheas was a Flamingo Satellite and was converted the same day as Flamingo. Their reluctance to convert Bill%26#39;s suggests that they are either too short on cash to do it or that they really are going to blow it up when they can afford it. IP was the same way until they decided to keep it around. They are marketing Bill%26#39;s as a non-TR hotel on their website at least.
