I will be needing Wifi while staying at Paris, but am to cheap to pay for it at hotel. is there a Starbucks near Paris that I can access Wifi at?

There is one at the Carnaval Court next to Harrahs and also one inside Harrahs at the back by the guest elevators. They know me by name :)

More expensive? Yes. 50-75% more? No.

The Starbucks at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut charges more than the LV Starbucks do.
