I am getting married in Lake Tahoe on the 4th of July 2009 at Harvey%26#39;s. Does anyone have ideas on where I can take my guests to watch the fireworks? I%26#39;m going to call Harvey%26#39;s in the morning to see if they have anything, but I thought I would ask just in case I have to come up with a plan. We have about 40 people coming and 12 of them are kids so it is important that we have a good spot. Thanks so much for any advise.
4th of July 2009Harvey%26#39;s has a private party on the beach at the Edgewood golf course, but you have to be invited. I really doubt they will let you bring in 40 people. The people invited are the high rollers in the casino.
The public beaches become crowded, and parking is a problem. Maybe someone here has some secret spots?
4th of July 2009Thanks for your reply. My fiance is a seven stars member so the chapel thinks it won%26#39;t be a problem to go and bring our guests, but just in case i would love any inside tips.
Harvey%26#39;s used to set up seating on the top of their parking structure and sell seats in advance. They may have an outdoor arena now. Great view of the fireworks. Also if your guest have rooms in the lake tower you will be able to see the fireworks out your windows on the high floors. They set the fireworks off in front of the Edgewood Golf Course.
Here is some more information.
