Brunch on sunday.. Zefferinos or wynn.

I am looking to have brunch in either Zefferinos at the venetian or Wynn%26#39;s sunday brunch. The question is that is there anything extra that%26#39;s included on Wynn%26#39;s sunday brunch over there normal morning buffet. My DF and I are not big drinkers, so the quality of the ';champagne'; is not really a factor. I do understand that Zefferinos is ~$50, but I would pay for the better food (lobster, clams, oysters, etc). Is there anything extra in the Wynn%26#39;s brunch (besides champagne) when compared to any other day? I%26#39;m staying at the Wynn, so I can have it on a weekday morning.
