South Florida Flight to Vegas PBI or FLL

I live in Palm Beach, and I can%26#39;t find an airline that flies direct out of PBI to LAS. Out of FtLauderale Southwest does, and Spirit used to, but Spirit no longer does direct. It still shows on the Spirit website - on the route map, but not when I go to book. I called them to see what was up, if it was seasonal and the rep was not helpful so I emailed. I have yet to hear anything.

Who flies out of South Florida to Vegas, What do you take? How much do you pay?

I know it%26#39;s probably farther than you want to drive, but MIA might be your only option for a non-stop flight, check American Airlines. Delta used to have a non-stop from FLL as well, but I think they nixed it.

I fly out of Naples, I am unable to find ANY that fly direct. I searched Tampa and Miami also. I found all stopped at least once. Spirit use to fly direct but it is my understanding no longer.

I paid 240 ( I think). We had a layover in Charlotte NC, coming back we got screwed up and ended up stopping in Atlanta Georgia, That was actually quicker. We could have gotten cheaper flights but they were way longer and they went Via, MI, OH or NY LOL. Not what you want to do in the middle of winter

I have a friend that lives in W Palms and he used to go to Vegas via Detroit. No direct flights .

SIWST852, Southwest has a lot of direct flights out of Tampa. They don%26#39;t show up on the travel sites, You have to go directly to SWA site!!!

I did a little more digging.

USAirways still has one daily non-stop from FLL. The few random dates I searched were very reasonable. It was an AM departure from FLL and a late afternoon return from LAS.

American does have two daily non-stops our of MIA as well.

Going for our seventh trip this mid June out of PBI.

Continental thru Houston departs PBI 6:35 AM and arrives LAS at 10:26 AM.

The stop in Houston is GREAT to stretch legs and prep for all the greasy cheeseburgers we can find in VEGAS!

Looks like flight may be under $300 each RT.

Have done Delta thru ATL in past, but leg from ATL to LAS seem to take FOREVER!
