I just noticed that they have followed suit and are now offering prix fixe menus for most of the restaurants. I am excited to try some of them in a few weeks...

What does Prix Fixe mean?????

I think it means fixed price.

it is a French term for fixed price. Usually its a meal that has several courses which you can choose which one you want. Example would be a choice of Soup OR salad, A choice of seafood, steak or poultry, then a choice of side dishes, example, risotto, vegatable or whatever then your choice of a dessert and its usually at a fixed price.
