What is the best way to get to Sam Boyd Stadium as I have heard that the shuttles take forever. Thnaks so Much, KC

Im like you I dont like shuttles and don%26#39;t take them. The best way would be to drive or take a cab in my opinion. I have been to hundreds of UNLV football games. PArking is plentiful if you chose to drive yourself, if taking a cab it probably will run you $40 each way. If you have a small group you can take a limo for probably less.

When I typed $40 each way I assume you%26#39;re coming from the strip? If you were staying somewhere like Sunset Station it will be about $10-$15 each way.

imho it would be cheaper to rent a car for a day from your hotel plus you can explore a little bit

Id say the only reason NOT to rent a car is if you don%26#39;t have a designated driver, otherwise it is by far the best way and like taco says even if you just rent it for 1 day, you will have it for 24 hours take advantage of it for more than just the transportation to the Stadium.

Thanks peeps. I think renting a car for 24 hours sounds good. I want to see VOF as well. Does the Mirage have car rental?

hi, we%26#39;ve done this trip a few times from the strip to sam boyd stadium to watch the supercross.

last year we took a cab from NYNY and and it cost close to $30.

the year before we got the bus from out side of the tropicana hotel for $2 with one transfer, this took around 45 minutes.

Dollar is the rental company at the Mirage.
