Does anyone have any feedback on the retaurant Stratta at the Wynn? I can%26#39;t find many reviews on it.
Thanks!
Stratta
Steve Wynn named it after my sister.
Stratta
The name changed to Stratta only in last couple of months. Alex Stratta took over the restaurant a little while before that, I guess he wanted people to know he was in charge of the restaurant so he changed the name form Corsa Cucina to Stratta. There are a few reviews here on TA under the previous name.

They didn%26#39;t just change the name. They renovated the restaurant and changed the menu. So I wouldn%26#39;t rely on any of the old reviews from Corsa Cucina.
We had dinner there Monday night. The food was very good, and the service was good as well. Please keep in mind that the restaurant is just off the casino, so the ambiance is different than the other Wynn restaurants. For food and value for the money, it was very good. Many dishes to choose from, the four of us were very happy with our selections. All if us secretly wished eating there a second time, but chose Okada instead. The food was good, but the food and overall experience, was not as nice as Stratta. This may not answer your question in full, but we would not hesitate eating there again...
We decided to eat at Stratta early evening before seeing le Reve...we were blown away...a relaxed atmosphere, but with excellent service and food...Roger our waiter was most helpful in guiding us through the menu. And we didnt have alot of time, but they got us through without feeling rushed. We decided to go back again the last night of our holiday...we didnt make a reservation, and they were full, so they sat us at the bar...the bar staff were great, a totally different experience to sitting at a table, but wonderful too...wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
We just got back from Vegas and had a very nice lunch at Stratta one afternoon and a very enjoyable later dinner there after seeing La Reve. Both times the food was excellent! I would recommend a margherita pizza as an appetizer and one of their fantastic entress. I also think that the restaurant is a value for Vegas (Wynn), $48 for lunch for 2 and $150 for a nice dinner for 2 with appetizer pizza, 2 entrees, and 2 dessert and a few drinks (Tip included). The service is attentive, and laid back. The restaurant is L shaped with a more open secion in front of the bar overlooking the casino and a more private side closer to the kitchen which I found to be more intimate and elegant. All in all a great experience. Yes thare are bigger names and more elegant restaurants in the Wynn, but this one is a safe bet.
A business associate and I had a lunch of pizza there and it was fantastic. The dinner menu looks intriguing. Trouble is that there are so many choices in the Wynn/Encore lineup that it is hard to choose a place. We are trying Bartolotta when we go this time - somewhat in lieu of Stratta.

Thanks a lot! Just spit merlot all over the place!
