Plane lands Friday, 3/27 around 10:30 a.m. - any chance the room could be ready at 11:00 when we get to the hotel?

very little, strip hotel rooms are usually 3pm onwards,unless you%26#39;ve asked for or want a low floor, I%26#39;d go there at 11am drop your bags ,ask for a strip view which they should accomodate and go back at they time they advise you

It%26#39;s 50/50 - worth trying. And even if they don%26#39;t, you can at least drop off your bags.

Occupancy rates (especially weeknight) are lower than they%26#39;ve traditionally been in the past. So you might have a better chance now than you would have in years past.

For the last two years we have arrived Sunday%26#39;s at approximately 11 am.

Initially they were not checking anyone in, and were only handling checkouts. By about 11:15 am they started opening check-in counters, and kept opening more counters to process the growing line. In 2007 we had to wait 20-25 minutes, and in 2008 we waited approximately 30-35 minutes.

We will be returning next month on a Saturday, and will probably arrive between 11:30 and noon.

$20 trick works like a son of a gun at TI... so if you want a room upgrade I would go for it.

I think you should be fine with checking in then. We%26#39;ve checked in that early at the TI without problem.

i%26#39;m kind of in the same situation except my flight gets in around 9am and we%26#39;re obviously staying at TI. was trying to think of what we could do since i didn%26#39;t think we%26#39;d be able to check in

Just go to the hotel, they%26#39;ll either have a room open for you or they won%26#39;t. If they don%26#39;t, sometimes they%26#39;ll give you a standard speech of ';check in is at 3:00, come back then';. Other times they will advise that they may have something in an hour or whatever.

We often arrive early and always get a room. I haven%26#39;t heard the 3 pm line in ages. Vegas will fill them if they are available.
