Every 15 minutes after dark until midnight.

Actually thats the schedule for the old Volcano show.
With the newly remodeled Volcano, it now erupts top of the hour starting at 5pm until 11pm. This was the schedule as of a few weeks ago.
If you are staying at the Mirage and have a Strip/Volcano view room, be warned it is very loud and will wake you.
