It's a club question...

So what exactly is ';Industry night'; at clubs? And how can certain nights be ';better'; than others? Does that mean busier? Personally I would rather go on a slower night.

It's a club question...

Industry night is the night where they run specials in the club for people that work in the ';industry'; (other clubs, other hotels, etc). It%26#39;s usually ran on Sunday night because the ';industry'; people work all night on Fridays and Saturdays so they let them have a night for themselves on Sundays.

It's a club question...

Why would you want to go to a night club on a slow night? If you want a relaxed atmosphere go hang out in a lounge and save yourself some $.

What makes one night better than another in a club?

It is like being in a sports stadium. if the stadium is busy and everyone is enjoying the game the vibe gets more intense as everyone starts feeding off the overall atmosphere. You get a virtuous circle of positive feelings.

The same in a good club. A good DJ can match the music to the mood and the vibe at the right level.

Industry Nights are an excuse for club owners to build trade on a quieter night. Usually this is linked in to drinks promos for people who work in the industry and as we all know servers/ hosts/ bartenders know how to party.
